Spoke to a sale's rep, there's going to be a 7 day a week coffee shop opened in Novel Park on Beacon Park boulevard on the other side of the Ridge Valley round about.

Does anyone know how Cadence Park homes are selling?  What percent are they to sell out?  Have any plans sold out yet?  Thanks for your help.

For those of us wanting Base Camp and the retail space ASAP are we hoping that this passes?

I don't think Grocery Outlet fits the vibe of the newly remodeled Woodbridge Center.  Wish it was a Mother's Market, Whole Foods 360 or Trader Joe's.

I agree.  It's sad that not many people call out the posters who use the initials FCB as a way to spew racist thoughts.  I understand while reading forums that people are sarcastic but a poster hates the GP and makes fun of FCBs on an hourly basis.  It takes over the forum and makes it difficult...

One difference is the restaurants (and bars) are better in San Diego.  There are a lot of chains in Irvine.

I'm an agent with First Team Real Estate.  There should be more inventory than there is now in the summer.  There has been low inventory for a few years which is helping drive prices up.  With interest rates rising and a shaky stock market, things could change but I don't see that happening...

Does anyone know the internet options for condos built in Beacon Park?  I?ve heard about ATT fiber but not sure if these homes are wired for it.  Any help would be appreciated. 

I'm buying a 1 1/2 year old home in Beacon Park with my wife and 9 month son.  Wondering what the people who live in the Great Park Neighborhoods feel about the community.  What do you like the best and what is the most annoying thing about living here?  I'd love your feedback.  Thanks in advance.
