    Don't you have to show proof of funds and income to be approved by the builder first then transfer the funds into escrow later ? How does the builder approved your loans?

    Price reduction on Varenna ???

    I saw on Redfin that there is a price reduction on plan 1 and 2 from the 2nd phase released price list . Does anybody know anything about it? Plan 1 from $1,212,900 to $1,173,900 and plan 2 from $1,229,900 to $1,219,900. As for plan 3 the price is the same .
