Not a terrible location for young people who want to be near the middle of Irvine...
But no floorplans... and 3 stories... ehhh... seems annoying esp at 1200 sq ft
So its a 400k increase for IUSD only I guess. I was hoping it would be more reasonably priced as well. I was thinking 100-150k premium vs something similar in OH II. I'll look but I also doubt I'll bite =)
Just don't forget to factor in the mello roos for your monthly payment. Anyone know how many years the CFD is? And I believe it increases 2% every year?
Cool Wizal,
I realize I did not grab any brochures for the homes so I'll have to stop by again to see what upgrades are included with the home. Did you find that you need to upgrade quite a bit still? I expect that the models are mostly upgraded entirely and probably adds a 500k premium to...
I went by Altair today. Saw Estrella, Alara and Meridian. Meridian seems to be selling out quickly but it was completely dead when I was there. I was expecting more foot traffic. Alara and Estrella was packed with people.
Thanks for the info movingup. I'll take a look at the brochures...
Anyone know what the composition of the housing units will be for OH-3 and OH-4? I remember seeing it somewhere in another thread but I can't find it at the moment.
Thanks!
I believe we only have two options in Irvine, AT&T DSL or Cox Cable. I wouldn't bet on Google Fiber coming into residential unless its TIC property at this point. At the time I signed up, I got Cox which I heard was more reliable. So far its been ok but not perfect.

Here's the map of the tracts. Actually it looks like it just backs into another street actually.
Its the next tract over by New Home Company called Morro. I don't remember how the arrangement of those houses line up with the Beverly but I'd assume backyard of another house from that development
I believe Calistoga is about 3900 sq ft and Morro will be about 4500 sq ft lots. Houses are slightly larger than Calistoga so if you're looking for about 3500 sq ft I think Morro may be a better fit size wise. There's no official info yet but I did sign up for updates through the New Home...
