My understanding was they were going to put an Airport at the Great Park and that was fought off by residents so I suspect that organizing people that are in opposition to inform them of how they can help is the first step.  The following was on Next Door and I did send an email to the below...

I thought Mello Roos taxes were not deductible anyway... just the normal state property tax.

I have a barn door on my den and wanted to share that although it does offer privacy, the noise carries through a lot. Looks good though.

I suspect the design has changed since the date on the other post had 9/2014 on the bottom of the image.  It shall be interesting what gets developed though!

Does anyone have an updated design map of the water & wellness park?  I drove past the area today and noticed they were planting large trees.  Good to see they have started construction!
