Can anyone recommend a good home inspector in Irvine?

I searched the forums, but I didn't find anything regarding this topic. Basically, my friend is purchasing an older 1980's home and I told them to get a good inspection done. They asked if I knew anyone, and I couldn't. Does anyone here know a good home inspector in our about Irvine? Thanks is advance.

I have not used any inspectors in Irivne, but here's a good place for your friend to start:

Steve Lottatore, who is Bilt-Rite, is a darn good master certified inspector. I have used him before...



The guy my buyer used was pretty good too I believe:
