The various plans that are close to 2900 square feet between Sagewood (Shea), Rosemist (Lennar, and Whistler (Lyon) differ by over $100k. Granted some have bigger lots, i.e. Sagewood or 1 more bedroom i.e. Whistler, or a 2nd Master Bedroom on the 1st floor i.e. Rosemist. So given the differences which are easy to see now since all the models are layed out and easy to visit. How will these current price differences appear 5 years or 10 years from now relative to each other? Will they begin to converge once the community matures?
Another question, what do folks thing is the best locations for a community in Pavilion Park? Rosemist for example has nice homes but they are very far from the park. Whistler at least on one edge is next 133 fwy. Sagewood is in 2 different locations, do folks prefer the one closer to the park?
I am looking to purchase in this community so interested in the opinions of all the very knowledgeable folks on the board. Thanks.
