Renting dilemma: san marino vs woodbridge pines (feel free to comment openly)

Please feel free to comment openly, with any suggestions.

The woodbridge community is within short distance from work and coupled with the relatively low rent and ambiance I like these two communities.

My wife and I live very simply and don't have a lot of wants and needs, so the priority is how the management and neighbors are like in either of these places.

If there is anyone here who lives (or had lived) in san marino and/or woodbridge pines I would love to hear about your personal feedback about these places.

The apartments available at woodbridge pines are near the main road and I am a bit concerned that it might get noisy on the weekends.

However, it's a bit larger (+100 sq. ft) than the san marino apartment and has gas stoves (we like to cook).

We negotiated the rent to the low $1500 with 1yr lease.

We intend to rent a 1BD and will need to move in by end of this week.

Would very much appreciate your feedback.

The best thing you can do is visit: www.apartmentratings.com

For example, there are 17 reviews on Woodbridge Pines apartments HERE.

I used to use this website a lot back in the days when I was renting and found it very useful to compare different complexes. I hope this helps.
