Skyridge: Proposed Housing Development in Mission Viejo

They've been working on these houses forever.  Now they are saying Low $1M for 2,800sq ft, opening Summer.  Good luck guys.  I bet if I want a view of the power lines, I have to pay $150k lot premium.
 
Did anyone go to the grand opening?  Pricing is out.

Also it's actually way past the power lines.  It's just a short drive away from Cook's Corner in Trabuco Canyon which is a very popular motocycle hangout.  You can definitely hear a ton of very loud motocycles and cars going by on El Toro.  I think that a freeway would be quieter.  The view was a just a hill on the other side of El Toro and I think they charge even more just for that.
