Keep in mind - Cadenza won't let you park inside the apts unless you're a guest!

I admit, the parking traffic was becoming ridiculous at Cadenza. I guess most people were using their 2 car garage for storage and just parking outside of their units. It became out of hand so the leasing office took inventory of all of the cars that belong to the renters. If you don't park in your garage, you get a ticket. They can tow as well. Now, people park on the street of Bay Tree. There's a LONG line of cars parked right before you enter Cadenza. It's becoming a problem because it's hard to see incoming traffic when you're driving out of Cadenza with the long line of cars.

You can park inside Cadenza if you're a guest, but you MUST have a pass from the leasing office in advance.
