Yes, same agent represented buyer and seller on this short sale...
There was an additional $2500 fee paid to a 3rd-party negotiator by the buyers.
No other concessions were listed.
I don't know what the condition of the interior was, but a tough location can be an enormous drag on a property's perceived worth.

22 Bungalow (http://www.redfin.com/CA/Irvine/22-Bungalow-92620/home/5950549) next door sold for more ($760K) in October and it was smaller (2418 sq. ft vs. 2700 sq. ft).

One less bedroom and smaller lot by 2000 sq. ft. I believe you could still hear some road noise from 22 Bungalow also.
