Is there any other way to cross check the information on Redfin/ Zillow?

The property is an attached SFR per MLS (I doubled checked by looking at other listings to make sure it wasn't a fat finger realtor input error).  So looks like all of the Evergreen models are attached SFRs.

The property is an attached SFR per MLS (I doubled checked by looking at other listings to make sure it wasn't a fat finger realtor input error).  So looks like all of the Evergreen models are attached SFRs.

What is attached SFR?

The association fee for real SFR in Northpark is $155/mo. This unit has another condo association that charges another $150+/mo.

What is attached SFR? This unit has no backyard, no front yard or driveway. You can't even put a lot size.

The association fee for real SFR in Northpark is $155/mo. This unit has another condo association that charges another $200+/mo.

I've seen attached SFRs over in Turtle Rock where the homes have a full driveway and a yard (two homes attached together).  Not sure why this one is classified as an attached SFR but it is.  An attached product will have an additional HOA fee.
 
I've seen homes in both tracts. The Evergreen tract in NP are attached duplex homes, no driveway, most have front doors facing a paseo and all have alley style garages. The Arden Square homes are detatched and have a traditional setup, albeit small square footage--driveway, yard, and front door faces a street.
