Attend  3/27 Orange County supervisor meeting

Tuesday, March 27, 2018
9 : 3 0 A.M.
BOARD HEARING ROOM, FIRST FLOOR
333 W. Santa Ana Blvd., 10 Civic Center Plaza
Santa Ana, California

Many people do not know. Or did not realize the seriousness of the situation. We must attend the 3/27 Orange County supervisor meeting and let them hear the voice of our strong opposition.

1. Orange county plan to construct a tent city without water, electricity, sewerage and basic services. And the site is a "problem" land that has no utility, under ground pollution remediation.
2. The four hundred homeless people are the stubborn members of the permanent center because they mostly had alcohol, drugs and mental illness. In the process of cleaning of their wastes, a total of more than 10,000 needles and hundreds of thousands of pounds of human waste were cleared.
3. The county government threw them like rubbish into the tent city of Irvine and did not really help and serve them and solve their problems. Did not treat them like people.
4. Because there is no water, no electricity, no sewers and any other necessities. This tent can only be used for sleeping at night. From 8am to 8pm, tramps will only wander around. Surrounding neighborhoods, schools, shopping malls, and parks will all be invaded.
5. Once those people is thrown into Irvine, they will stay forever. The county government is not willing to move them again. It will become a stinking tumor forever.
6. The judge just ordered the county government to properly settle the homeless man and did not rule that a tent city should be built in Irvine. So next Tuesday's protest is very important.
7. The county government has more than 200 million U.S. dollar special funds, but it has not used the money to provide appropriate services. It deliberately chooses residential areas and children's activity venues next door v.s. some other land.

Read this news and you will know more about what Tent City would mean to people living in Irvine, Lake Forest, Foothill Ranch, Laguna Niguel
https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.oc...omeless-people-gone-and-trash-cleaned-up/amp/

From where they were living:

?215 tons of trash or debris
?1,165 pounds of hazardous waste, including human and pet feces
?5,115 needles

?These numbers are expected to go up significantly based on the ongoing clean-up,? Widor said Thursday.

Its a uniquely bad idea when Irvineites suggest wanting something similar to Manzanar repopulated "for the public good".

Let's send all the homeless to fenced-in camps in the high desert.

You mean like concentration camps?

You should write it more subtly like this:

We should put them in camps where they are concentrated...
I wonder what we should call these camps.
group camp
fellowship camp
party camp

Dam! I can't think of a good name.

I'll give it a wack:

"We could distill occupants down to a core identifiable group, then restrict them within a centralized location as a final solution to the question at hand."

Evasive, camouflaged, yet still ghoulish enough to get the point across.
