Nothing beats commission rebates, but those are some thoughtful gifts.

It's funny, those stories are about deals that closed in the multi-million range and the closing gifts are only several thousand dollars in cost.

For deals that huge, they should give the clients expensive closing gifts... like free flooring or window coverings.
