Well, all paint jobs should have primer.
But for brand new builds that just have a fresh new paint, it?s ok to skip it. When you paint it over, it?s just like putting on another coat of paint but just in different color.
I save some money and took the advice from my painter and skip the primer, it?s been 5 years and it?s still look like new.
