Eastwood Marin Current selling status?

First time posting ... been lurking around on this forum for a while ..

I have pre-approved and been put on priority list just last week on Eastwood Marin.
Interested in either 2x or 1x .... 2x is a bit stretching for my range tho ..
Anyone know how long is the wait, is Marin selling well? 
How much should I be expecting on upgrades if I just needs tiles/backslash and counter top upgrade on kitchen and all bathroom.
