FivePoint buys back Broadcom office campus in deal that could add 1,000 homes

So basically:
Five Points sold that land to Broadcom for $128 million in 2015.  In 2017, they bought it back for $443 million.
 
Not familiar with office construction, but given all of the improvements on the property any guess as to what the building and infrastructure might have cost? $128m raw land vs $443m in it's current state seems like Broadcom is making some profit, but it's not as huuuge as it may seem.

I think this was just a very expensive way to shorten Emile's drive to the office.

Apartment Home = oxymoron

Even "apartment" is an oxymoron within itself.  Why do they call them "apart"ment's when they're all built together. 
 
I have warned you in 2006 and reminded you every other years thereafter 3CWG will never be built ever in Irvine and Irvine fringes. Even in the crappy Inland empire it is outlawed. You will have to go way out in Antelope Valley to find new built with it.

IHO wants a 3CWG across the width of the house.  Bella is kind of cheating by rotating the garage 90 degrees.
