Irvine BLVd/Modjeska: Great Park

Looks like a commercial/retail like development on Irvine BLVd/Modjeska inside great park.  This is adjacent to PS3 apartments.
Does any have more info what this could be?

I might be wrong, but I think what you are referring to may be district 4/next, a mixed residential/commercial/park development at GP after Parasol and Altair.
