1) Orchard Hills Groves (gated)
2) Altair (after its built)
3) Northwood Pointe
4) Orchard Hills non-gated

Depends but instincts tell me you are an idiot.  Posts like this prove that this board is BS.  Especially by those who cannot even afford the communites they put down.  OH is one of the the most unique and beautiful communities.  Bring it on lets debate.
 
"Ghetto or skid row" does not exist in Irvine. Gotta give better terms to the newer communities - West side - East side? LOL

Pretty good list. Agree with the OH gated and non gated.  OH3 might be coming up though so that might be on its own?

Ghetto is the first thing that came to mind when I saw them building all of that scrunched together housing on the former farm fields. It looked like public housing that eventually turn to ghettos.

92602 (Orchard Hills) has the second-highest median list price in Irvine, behind only to 92603 (which has an inflated median list price due to mega-million-dollar inventory in Shady Canyon).

But sure. Let?s entertain the idea that East of the 5 is ?ghetto?
