Hacienda Heights ain't no Irvine, that's for sure.  That being said, it's good to do business outside of Irvine/Tustin Ranch round to keep me on my toes.  Both sides seemed to be happy with the negotiated price so that's all that counts...next thing is to get it closed.

The transaction closed today with a sales price of $852,000 along with a free rent.  Congrats to both the buyer and seller.
