home owners insurance in GP?

i just left a message with lennar, but I'm curious if i can get a faster answer here.  for the attached condos in beacon park, does the HOA include a limited home insurance policy, or do i need to purchase one separately? 

I think you still need HO-6 (walls-in insurance). This would include finishes, appliances, etc.

for those interested, in beacon park, HO-6 is already included as part of the community HOA. 

Still don't know what real HO-6 rates should run like in the area (online is vague ~400-~1200), so if anyone knows, would be interested so I can see how much of the HOA is allocated to it.
