Irvine woman sues Albertsons after clerk wrongly assumes she?s on food stamps

Never assume or you will make an ass of yourself.

That said, the lawsuit is ridiculous and I can't believe courts are wasted on this trivial nonsense.
 
I went to 5 Point HOA meeting and the board member thought I was the landscape contractor.  I should sue and get some of my MR back.

board member: "excuse me sir, I'm sorry I didn't catch your name... did you said you were the owner or the contractor for this property?"

auqabliss: "as our presidente said, see you in court!"
 
Haha you guys... I went to the board meeting to fight their decline of my variance and I had the whole sheet of drawings with markups, red pen, etc.  She saw that and said "Oh are you the contractor?"
