Inflation hedges

So, it seems a lot of people are predicting inflation to go through the roof. Other than buying farmland, what would be some good investments to make right now?
 
Irvine real estate, of course!  ;D

For something more liquid, gold and silver bullion should be good.  Maybe even some bitcoin.

Care to expand on why GILD?  Why not just IBB or XBI or BIB?
