Looking for new communities in the $700-820k range

We were looking for either new single family residences or detached condos.  Wondering if there is any info on new developments in the future.  Terrazza and Legado would have been good options if we got in during the earlier phases.  At Legado it's 840-847k for Residence 1 not including taxes it seems pretty steep considering the earlier phases were in the high 700's.  Between Legado and Petaluma which one seems like it would appreciate more?? Is one obviously a better investment?  Scoped out The Great Park and didn't like it.  Seems like it will be too congested.

Does anyone know of upcoming communities or other developments we may be overlooking? Our max is 850k.  Spoke with OH today they said there is a new development slated for later on in the year but didn't disclose price point or additional info.
 
The next OH neighborhood, OH3, probably will start around $900k for their's lowest price detached condo (actually it's a Petaluma but will be called something else). 

The next Portola Springs neighborhood is the neighborhood 5A, located just north of the PS3 will actually have more Legado and Terrazaa to be build there.

I am in the exact same price range looking for a property as well. If you were considering Legado, have you checked out Trellis Court?
