Man and woman found shot, dead in Irvine home

IRVINE ? The Irvine Police Department is investigating two deaths at a home on Hexham, a tiny cul-de-sac in the city?s exclusive Turtle Rock community.

A man and a woman were found with gunshot wounds inside the home, police said in a statement on social media Wednesday.

?At this time, there is no indication of an outstanding suspect or danger to the surrounding community,? wrote police Commander Mike Hallinan.

Scenario #1: One gun was found then the wife shot her self first then the husband took the gun from her hand and shot himself. 2 suicides with the same gun.

Scenario #2: Two guns were found then they both shot themselves at the same time.

Scenario #3: No gun was found then after the suicides the gun melted.

No foul play is suspected. It is Irvine.

The house looks pretty nice.  Wonder how much of a discount it will sell for.  I think you can flip it in 3 years without having to reveal someone died (unless the buyer asks specifically).  Is that right USC?
