Any other model homes open after Orchard Hills?

Hi all,

I was curious whether there were any other new model homes that have opened post Orchard Hills. Perhaps in PS, SG, or East Village? I'd like to check some of them out today, if any.

Eastwood Village's Grand Opening is 2/13, but they might let you look early if you bring a suitcase of cash.

Portola Springs grand opening is on 2/20.

Baker Ranch is having a grand re-opening on February 20 too... maybe to compete with Portola Springs?
