Nice Sqft for just 2 bdrms on the 6x & 7x. Looks like TIC is now targeting the lower end market, which is smart since there aren't a lot of options for first time buyers wanting new.

Agreed. And this will provide future move-upers that will fuel the market for SFR to move up as well.
@ USC...you should continue to reap much long term success with TIC strategy.
