That MR and HOA look very reasonable.

BTW, @ChasingRainbows, any of one of those home sold yours?  :)

@ Inc

No driveway and zero lot lines are deal breakers for us.  :)

Phase 3 price come out
Without any upgrade, phase 3 price begin with:
R1: $864000
R1Y: $938000
R2: $933000

At the same time, I see phase 1 and phase 2  still have a few left, especially residence 2.(4 of 8 sold after open around 3 weeks).

As a neighborhood of popular Petaluma, Marin's price is not attractive at all.
Key thing to remember about Marin:
No California room,  zero lot line, high prices, verrrrrrry tiny backyard.

People know this is a copy of Corte Bella. Check what's open price for Corte Bella in 2014, Marin is way too high.

Opened 4 Phases - sold 21, have 9 available.

Isn't that really excessive for rent for Avalon? I saw Petaluma unit being offered for same price or like $100 more.

$3,400 a month for an attached 2 bedroom condo like this is crazy nuts.  I rented a 4bed/3bath detached condo in Portola Springs for a client for $3,500 a month.
