Strada vs Corte Bella in Orchard Hills

When you are around $1 million (after upgrades, landscaping, etc) - I'd avoid detached condos and stick to true SFRs. If there is a dip and a lot of unsold inventory sitting on the market, the $1 million detached condos will be a harder sell than the SFRs IMO.

But of course anything over $1 million is a hard sell....
 
I'd pick Strada but that is purely because it is a true SFR. With their run up in prices, Strada is now pretty pricey though (for not having a view) all things considered).
