Anyone renting out a house avail for July 1?

Hello everyone. My family is returning to Irvine after a 4 year absence and we are looking for a home to rent. Budget is up to $3200 for 3+ bed, 2+ bath home (SFR, Townhome, or Condo).

We are military and will be staying at least 2 years, possibly up to 5.

Any leads would be appreciated. We need a place ready for July 1 move in.
 
Hey I have a friend who is looking to rent out a 3bedroom 3.4 bathroom single family home. If you are interested, I can ask her to provide you more details.
 
Saw that you were previously looking to rent in Cypress Village.  Were you successful?  Anyone know of any homes for rent there in the upcoming months?
