2nd Las Ventanas listing but have a dozen purchases over there.  I like the tract a lot and would have bought a Plan 2 if not for my West Irvine short sale coming through. 
 
First offer came in earlier today and heard back from another agent that another one should be coming in later on today.  Very good turnout for the open house, about 12-13 buyers each day along with a few of my fellow clients who I helped to buy a home in the same tract.  :D

A true SFR under $800k and not back against another neighbor, this house is really a good buy.  Congrats to all parties.

It's not over. Since there are multiple bids, the price can go higher. Has a driveway, no back neighbor, IUSD, decent floor plan. #itsabargain
