how about plan 1 mulberry in cypress village? what does it cost to build one of those?

Interesting that mulberry plan 3 has about 18% more sqf than plan 1 and also costs about 18% more to build. I would've expected the larger plans incrementally wouldn't cost as much to build per sqf

Cost for a conservatory AND California garage extension (look at the markup!): $19,704-$21,182
Cost for a super California room and California garage extension: $19,144
Cost for a California garage extension: $9,688

remember that is price when they are building entire tract and getting volume discounts.  rebuilding your house as a one off project is much more

If there is an 8.5 quake, I can probably go,in with others in my community that need rebuilds and get a volume discount.

Looks like the bigger the size, the more markup they have since all the lots are very similar in size. So the land cost is basically the same.
 
Excellent information you provide LandofNoLand......Are these material and labor cost combined? Including fees and such? Thanks for sharing your knowledge.
