Saw signs of Solaira Plaza on Ridge Valley between Irvine Blvd and Prospect. Does anyone know if this is a big shopping center? There is no information on this anywhere.
 
what else does the sign say.. i know they want to build a shopping center on irvine blvd, east  of PP.  Not sure if that is the same thing.
 
I believe Solaira Plaza is the subsidized senior housing.  You're talking about the construction going on to the right side of Ridge Valley after you pass the circle and before Portola Springs?  Supposed to open summer 2015.  130ish units I believe.
 
Subsidized senior apts are called Solaira apts but the sign says Solaira Plaza. Plaza generally means an open square, market place or shopping center.
