Thoughts on enclosing a California Room with Slider and Windows

I like the idea of having a covered outdoor California room but for our family, an enclosed room would be much more useful.  I was browsing the La Vita models in orchard hills and the CA room comes standard.
It looks like one could fairly easily add 2 windows and a sliding/french door to enclose the space.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this and whether or not HOA would approve a project like this?  Any input is greatly appreciated!

Isn't that called a conservatory?

Yes, but La vita doesn't offer a conservatory as an option.  I assume this wouldn't be a big deal to add windows and a door after COE but hoa's can be so strict.

There's another thread where someone asked a similar question but I'll let test find it.

I don't think it would be hard to get HOA approval but there are some things to consider:

1. HVAC venting (unless you don't care about the temp in that area)
2. Electrical
3. Finishes

Looks like someone is also thinking about doing this in EW.

Looks like City Planning will allows it but it also depends on HOA approval.
