That's how I feel about housing... we thought something was our dream home, moved in and realized that there were too many things wrong and we were not satisfied.

Then you move into something that you hope is good enough but you have tempered your expectations and it turns out being better than you thought and you are happy.

I guess the same can be said for relationships... heh.
