tenant screen

I need to do a tenant screen check.  I just need eviction history and credit score report.  I already have tenant signature in my rental application and they agree to run their credit.  However, I tried to do online and they keep request my tenant approval.

Is there an easier way to do tenant screen check?  Can I just go to Irvine property manager company and request them to do a tenant screen check?

I recommend using TurboTenant.https://www.turbotenant.com/

The screening reports include a full credit report, a comprehensive background check, and eviction report. It's completely FREE to you as the landlord to conduct this screening. Once an applicant gives their consent to do the screening, you have results immediately! The reports come from TransUnion, so you have peace of mind knowing the screening reports are accurate and up to date. It sounds like this may be a better solution for you.

Good luck and I hope this helps!

This is from Transunion:https://www.mysmartmove.com/

You create a landlord account and put in your prospective tenant email address. It emails them a link where they put in their info, SSN, etc. and pay for the report which is then sent to you.

Experian has a similar product:http://www.experian.com/screening-services/tenant-credit-check.html

I've used mysmartmove.  Pretty nice, non-messy and you get all the critical information without having to personally handle anyone's confidential personal information.

Side benefit of you don't have to collect any payments from them, don't have to worry about their check clearing, and until they complete the process, their application isn't complete and isn't valid saving you a potential rights violation issue.
