Any clue when these are going to open? And in what order are they going to open? Are they going to be any Residents-size homes in these neighborhoods?

That is way too far out to wait.  Hope they will come online by 2017 but that's just wishful thinking on my part.
 
Isn't Groves East - TBD by Halloween this year will be (Gated, TUSD instead of IUSD)? That's the one North of Trevi, right? please correct me if it's wrong, thanks landofnoland.

Groves East = Neighborhood 3, located east of Corte Bella, IUDS and gated.

North of Trevi = Grove West (or Grove North, Neighborhood 1 North), TUSD and gated.


Note: For those new here, this map is about 5+ years old and some detail are changed. That elementary school at Grove East (Neighborhood 3) supposedly is canceled.
