Pristine loss mitigation
« on: February 27, 2014, 07:55:46 AM »
Hi,

I am from Midwest and I still have a house there and it's underwater. I'd like to refinance since the rate I have is 6.5 if I remember correctly.  I waited this long because I wanted to purchase a house over here first.   I stumbled across Pristine loss mitigation during a Google search.   Has anyone worked with them? What are your thoughts?  Any suggestions are welcome.

No one reads the "Economy & Finance" section.  Stick this thread in the mortgage section to get more replies.
